It’s been a while!

Since our lovely Alice-May, who took such good care of this page, left us for her MA studies we seem to have neglected our blog/news page and so much has happened!

We have launched a whole host of new kits, had two designs featured in Bead Magazine (the Sylvan necklace that was on the cover of Bead 57 and the Crystal Frost Bauble that is in Bead 58), exhibited at several shows, from the stylish Knitting and Stitching at Alexandra Palace to the quite simply manic Big Bead Show at Sundown Park, met lots of lovely people, send out our 2014 brochure, and generally been rather busy.

Right now we are preparing for the Hobbycrafts, Crafts for Christmas and Art Materials Live show at the Birmingham NEC that starts this Thursday, November 6th and runs until Sunday the 9th.  We love this show, it is always bustling and has a great atmosphere and if we are lucky we get a little time off the stand for some shopping too!  Our stand number is B30, near the back of the hall on the left hand side.

New Delica Colours: We have just taken delivery of 40 new Silver Lined Duracoat Delicas, the colours are simply gorgeous and we will get them out for sale just as soon as we can but we may not have a chance until after the NEC show, keep an eye on the New page of the website, as soon as we have them weighed and photographed you will see them there.

And on a completely different note, here are Julie, Vicky and Jodie at the Tower of London, they, along with Kevin and Christine managed to get a day off in glorious sunshine to visit the Tower, see the poppies and pretty much walk until we dropped!

In the midst of the Autumn madness some us managed to get down to London to see the poppies at the Tower of London
